This project was a new ground up masonry block building with new concrete retaining wall for the rear loading dock. Our scope of work included the excavation for the footings and columns, and forming and pouring the concrete footings. Constructing of the 21,000 masonry block walls consisting of 12” block below grade and 8″ block above grade. All the block walls were filled with 3/8” grout. We placed fine grade 6” of stone for the 8” floor slab and poured and finished the 120 cy reinforced floor slab.
