Verona High School Music Room Addition
The scope of the project was a 2500 sq. ft. addition to the Music Room and a 250 sq. ft. addition to the Security Vestibule at Verona High School. The project had a very tight time line that required all work to be completed during the summer recess for completion on September 1st for the new school year.
The major challenges included procuring all of the one of a kind finishes required for the project including matching the original brick on the existing building constructed more than 30 years ago, obtaining special acoustical rated ceiling tile for the music room, and the special security doors for the new vestibule.
The project was completed in time for the new school year because of our ability to complete most of the project using in house staff. This meant that we were able to provide proper manpower throughout the duration of the project for each phase required.
